What is Relaxing Massage?
Relaxing massage uses smooth, continuous movements and light-to-medium pressure. The therapist can spend extra time on areas that feel tired while keeping the overall session flowing rather than highly targeted.
What happens during the session?
Your therapist will begin with a short consultation about pressure, comfort, preferred focus areas and anything you would like avoided. The treatment is then adapted around your chosen duration and can be kept very gentle or made slightly firmer where appropriate.
Pressure
Light to medium, adjusted during the session.
Session length
60, 90 or 120 minutes are ideal for a full-body experience; 30 minutes can be used for a shorter focused reset.
After your appointment
Drink water, take your time getting up and avoid rushing straight into a demanding schedule if you can.
