2. Information we collect

When you start a private chat or request a booking, we ask for your name, phone number and email address. Booking requests can also include the treatment, date, time, postcode, appointment address, notes and payment preference. Therapists provide profile, availability, service and pricing information.

3. Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, connect clients with therapists, manage and confirm appointments, maintain security, resolve support issues and operate the service. We do not require a client account merely to start a chat.

4. Who can see it

The therapist involved in your conversation or booking can access the information needed to communicate with you and deliver the requested service. Authorised platform administrators can access bookings and conversations for support, safety and operational management.

5. AI-assisted chat

Where a therapist has enabled an AI assistant, relevant conversation content and booking details may be processed by our configured AI service provider so the assistant can answer questions, check availability and prepare booking requests. AI-generated replies are labelled as AI in the conversation. A therapist or authorised administrator can take over the conversation at any time. Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information in chat.

6. WhatsApp

If you choose the optional WhatsApp button, your interaction is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Our private in-platform chat is available as an alternative.

7. Cookies, Google Analytics and advertising measurement

Essential cookies are used for security and session functionality. Where configured, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement can be used to understand website performance and measure actions such as chat starts, booking requests, confirmed bookings, phone clicks and WhatsApp clicks. 8. Retention

We keep booking, message and administrative records only for as long as reasonably needed for operations, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. Retention periods can vary depending on the record and legal requirements.
